28/3/22-5 Annual Parish Meeting 6th April 2022 starting at 6.30pm – to confirm the main Agenda items, including – consultation on extension of the Cemetery/purchase of additional land for future burials and any impact on the precept, The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, housing shortage for first-time buyers/downsizing, seeking volunteers for community orchard maintenance and litter picking, Appointed Persons to monitor the ELDC East Lindsey Public Space Protection Order

c. to discuss and RESOLVE the way forward on using the Council’s General Power of Competence to make a donation to the Ukrainian Refugee Crisis

d. to note donation requests from LIVES, and Lincoln & Lindsey Blind Society – carry forward to May Annual Meeting

20/11/21-10 Annual Insurance Renewal – to note the proposed increased premium for the Annual Renewal and RESOLVE if a 3 year agreement should be entered into

28/3/22-13  Confidential Matters - to RESOLVE on whether the Council will move into closed session by reason of the confidential property and personnel matters to be transacted – if this Resolution is passed any members of the public/press will be required to leave the meeting at this point.

a. Cemetery to discuss and RESOLVE the way forward on the various Cemetery issues, including:

i. to consider the Clerk’s Report on the Cemetery and discuss and RESOLVE the way forward

ii. to consider the land valuations and discuss and RESOLVE the way forward

iii. to consider the potential implications on the precept of the Public Works Loan that would be required to purchase the additional land, so that this can be used to inform the public consultation at the Annual Parish Meeting on 6th April 2022.
