Members of the public are invited and welcome to attend the whole meeting, except for items where their presence is prejudicial to the public interest, and are permitted to make representations to the Council, answer questions and give evidence (up to 3 mins per person/subject) in respect of any item of public business listed on the agenda during the public session, which is normally 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. The meeting may only consider the business on the agenda; the Agenda and Minutes for the Parish Council Meetings are available on the Parish Notice Board, or from the Clerk, or on the website, together with the schedule of future dates and the Public Participation in Meetings Procedure - see http://parishes.lincolnshire.gov.uk/NorthSomercotes. c. Co-option of Councillor – to consider the two applicants for the 1 vacancy and co-opt to the post. NB if councillors wish to discuss the relative merits of the candidates, prior to voting in public, the Council will need to RESOLVE to move into Confidential Session and exclude members of the public while it does so, and then close the public session, to take the vote in public and continue with the meeting in the presence of the public.

a. Options for type of hedging for rear boundary (South) with footpath and right-hand side boundary (West).
b. Box at gate for information – to discuss and decide whether to replace/repair existing
c. DEFRA – Ground Water Permitting Regulations consultation – implications: 5m2 equivalent to 2 current spaces
d. Additional Land purchase for future burials and interments, Public Works Loan funding – public consultation requirements – see also agenda item 14 below.
